Jinhong Fashion Group Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2019. For the full year, the company announced sales was CNY 2,913.022 million compared to CNY 3,085.609 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 130.781 million compared to CNY 413.552 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 108.874 million compared to CNY 272.839 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.43 compared to CNY 1.13 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.42 compared to CNY 1.13 a year ago.

Through the operation of proprietary shops, the Company mainly deals with fashion lady's apparels under the brand named VGRASS.
