Changzhou Yingsheng Industrial Investment Partnership Enterprise Limited agreed to acquire 10% stake in Changzhou Huichang Sensor Co., Ltd. from Jiangsu Riying Electronics Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603286) for CNY 18.2 million on February 5, 2020. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors in the third session of the third meeting.
