The Construction segment comprises provision of subcontracting activities, general contractor, supplier of building materials and construction. The Power Energy segment engaged in the business of renewable energy. The Property Investment segment is engaged in the management of shopping malls. The Pacific Towers Business Hub and Evolve Concept Mall are the Company's two property investments. The Investment Holding & Others segment provides investment holding services. In addition, it develops residential and commercial properties and operates a build-operate-transfer thermal power plant in Vietnam. The Companyâ€™s subsidiaries include JAKS Sdn. Bhd., Pipe Technology System Sdn. Bhd., Empire Deluxe Sdn. Bhd., Harbour Town Sdn. Bhd, and Premier Place Property Sdn. Bhd.
