IRPC Public Company Limited ("IRPC") would like to inform you that, since 13 January 2014, there have been protests in several areas of Bangkok, including Ha Yaek Lat Phrao, and the gate of Energy Complex building in front of the Ministry of Energy building, which is close to IRPC's Bangkok office, has been surrounded by protestors. As a consequence, IRPC has had to close its Bangkok office.
To ensure business continuity, IRPC has activated Business Continuity Management ("BCM") which has already been in place and regularly simulated. As a result, IRPC's business operations are running normally without any impact on its trading partners and other stakeholders. The BCM will be exercised until the situation returns to normal.
