BIR Financial Limited Announces Resignation of Tal Silberman as Chairman and Director

BIR Financial Limited announced that Mr. Tal Silberman has resigned as Chairman and director of BIR with immediate effect. Mr. Silberman has been Chairman of the company since its requotation in 2018. He has advised that due to an increase on workload associated with his other investments he no longer can dedicate the time required to be a director of BIR.
