Lorenzo Tassan-Bassut, vice president of the management board of ING Bank Slaski, has resigned from the position as of January 31, 2021. The reason for this decision is that he is planning to take another position in the ING Group. Lorenzo Tassan-Bassut managed the Operations division from January 2019, and in the first months he also supervised the Tech Division. In 2010, Lorenzo Tassan-Bassut became the Managing Director at ING Bank (EurAsia) in Moscow, where he was also appointed Vice President of the Management Board overseeing the Operations area. Since 2013, he has been the Vice-President of the Management Board supervising the Operations area at TMB Bank Public Company Limited in Thailand.
ING Bank Slaski SA is a Poland-based commercial Bank. The Bank divides its business into two segments: Retail Banking segment and Corporate Banking segment. Its offer includes currents accounts, savings, credits and loans credit and paying cards, insurances, electronic banking, broker activities and fund management and other activities connected with finance, insurance and pension funds. As of December 31, 2012, the Bankâs subsidiaries and affiliated entities were ING Securities SA, Centrum Banku Slaskiego Sp. z o.o., ING ABL Polska SA, ING Uslugi dla Biznesu SA, Solver Sp. z o.o. and ING Powszechte Towarzystwo Emerytalne SA. The Bankâs major shareholder was ING Bank NV, with a 75% stake of its capital.
