As the company is working with its auditors on the completion of the audited financial statements and is still in the audit process mostly regarding issues that relate to its subsidiaries abroad.

GENERAL INSTRUCTION

3. A manually signed copy of the form and amendments thereto shall be filed with each national securities exchanged on which any class of securities of the registrant is registered.
