Icraft Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A052460) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 300,000 shares, for a total consideration of KRW 1,539 million. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value through stock price stabilization. The program will expire on February 13, 2018. As of November 13, 2017, the company has 1,200,000 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
