Ichishin Holdings Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:4645) agreed to acquire Yui Co., Ltd. for approximately ¥650 million on July 15, 2020. The acquisition of the shares is planned to be funded by own funds and loans from financial institutions. Upon completion, Yui Co., Ltd. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Ichishin Holdings Co.,Ltd. As of April 2020, Yui Co., Ltd. reported total assets of ¥589.8 million, total common equity of ¥462.4 million, total revenues of ¥965.9 million, operating income of ¥20.4 million and net income of ¥35.4 million. The transaction is resolved by the Board of Ichishin Holdings Co.,Ltd. The transaction is expected to close on July 16, 2020.
