Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 10 June 2020

Notice is hereby given that the summary report of the votes on the items on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of IMA S.p.A., held on 10 June 2020, has been published today on the Company's website www.ima.it, in the Investor Relations section (Shareholders Meetings), and on the authorised storage system eMarketSTORAGE (www.emarketstorage.com) and is available at the registered office in Via Emilia 428-442, Ozzano dell'Emilia (Bologna).
