Hugel, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A145020) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 50,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a contract with NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the buyback is to enhance shareholder value inventory and stock price stability. The plan will be valid up to September 27, 2024.
As of March 26, 2024, the company had 1,384,910 shares within scope available for dividend and 2,341 shares in treasury through other repurchase.
Hugel Inc is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of biopharmaceuticals.
