The directors of HSBC Holdings plc approved special dividend of USD 0.21 per ordinary share for year ending December 31, 2024. The dividend is payable on June 21, 2024 to holders of record on May 10, 2024 on the Principal Register in the United Kingdom, the Hong Kong Overseas Branch Register or the Bermuda Overseas Branch Register.
