The transaction includes participation from Li Tianhong for 4,285,714 shares, Zhao Jianguang for 5,330,490 shares, Huang Shan for 24,520,255 shares, Liu Yandong for 26,652,452 shares,Lin Shuqin for 10,660,980, and Wu Jianke for13,837,955 shares.
