HOUSEI Inc. (TSE:5035) agreed to acquire AIed, Inc from Senxiao Wenhua Chuanbo (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd, Mizuki Miyazawa, Hiroshi Kataoka, Daisuke Fujiwara and Yuki Kubota on April 26, 2023. 1,000 shares to be transferred to HOUSEI. In determining the acquisition price, in order to ensure the fairness and appropriateness of the acquisition price, the HOUSEI Inc has requested a valuation from Finport Advisory LLC, a third-party valuation institution independent from the Company and AIed, with shares of AIed. Execution date of share transfer will be on April 28, 2023.
