ESSEN (dpa-AFX) - The Australian Hochtief subsidiary Cimic has landed a major contract in Australia from the Australian Department of Defense. Cimic subsidiary UGL will operate and maintain the fuel network for the Australian Army, the MDax group announced in Essen on Tuesday. The contract will run for six years and generate revenues of half a billion Australian dollars (297 million euros). There is an option to extend the contract until 2035, it said.
