HireRight Holdings Corporation announced the launch of its operational entity in Brazil, marking a significant milestone in its regional expansion strategy. With this move, HireRight aims to enhance its support for customers hiring in Brazil, as well as throughout Latin America. With a population of 214 million people, the larger economy in Latin America, and a thriving hub of startups in HireRight's core vertical of technology, Brazil has tremendous potential for growth in employment screening.

HireRight's new office is in the financial district of Sao Paulo, a decision-making hub for many businesses in Latin America where 60% of Fortune 100 companies have a local presence. The expansion into Brazil follows the launch of HireRight's Mexico subsidiary in 2021 and the acquisition ofquiro Vitae in Argentina earlier this year. These strategic moves allow HireRight to extend its employment screening services beyond the multinational corporations already served to local small- and medium-sized businesses in the region, catering to their specific needs and requirements.

With its new operating entity in Brazil, HireRight aims to provide faster data to customers screening in Brazil through direct connections to local sources. It will also offer local fulfilment of verifications and customer support in Portuguese, to help drive accurate and efficient screening processes. Additionally, HireRight can invite its customers in the local currency - the real (BRL) - providing a significant advantage to global customers with a presence in Brazil.

With this expansion, HireRight is well-positioned to further strengthen its market position in Latin America, deliver exceptional local support, and foster mutually beneficial partnerships across the region.
