HIRANO TECSEED Co., Ltd. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended September 30, 2015. For the six months, the company reported net sales of JPY 6,271 million compared to JPY 7,084 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 258 million compared to JPY 420 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 303 million compared to JPY 455 million a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 196 million compared to JPY 324 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 13.04 compared to JPY 21.60 a year ago.
For the year ending March 31, 2016, on consolidated basis, the company expects net sales of JPY 17,500 million, operating income of JPY 1,530 million, ordinary income of JPY 1,600 million, net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 1,000 million or JPY 66.47 per share.
For the year ending March 31, 2016, the company expects dividend of JPY 8.00 per share compared to JPY 5.00 per share a year ago.
For the second quarter of year ending March 31, 2016, the company expects dividend of JPY 8.00 per share compared to JPY 5.00 per share a year ago. The dividend is payable on December 4, 2015.

The Coating Machines-related segment manufactures and sells coating and laminating-related machines such as magnetic tapes, composite films for wrapping, adhesive tapes, synthetic leathers, floor materials, wallpaper, decorative sheets, insulating plates, as well as drying and heat disposal machines, among others. The Chemical Machines-related segment manufactures and sells macromolecular chemical machines such as machines for plastic films, film formations, electrical printed circuit boards (PCBs) and ceramic sheet moldings, high-heat processing equipment, drying and heat disposal machines and others.
