Hiap Tong Corporation Ltd. Announces Retirement of Tan Eng Ann as Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees

Hiap Tong Corporation Ltd. announced that Mr. Tan Eng Ann, the Lead Independent Director of the company, retired at the close of the company's AGM held on July 26, 2017. With Mr. Tan Eng Ann's retirement as a Director, he also stepped down as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees.
