Heungkuk Metaltech Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A010240) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 2,000 million worth of its stock. The purpose of the program is to enhance the shareholder value. The program will end on April 15, 2021. As of October 14, 2020, the company had 592,095 shares in treasury within the scope available for dividend and no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
