Company Hemaraj Industrial Property and Leasehold Fund

Hemaraj Industrial Property and Leasehold Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based close-ended fund. The Fund’s objective is to use the proceeds from sale of investment units to invest in property of land and factory and leasehold of land and factory for rental or to seek benefit in industrial estate, located in Rayong, Chonburi and Saraburi. The Fund is engaged in renting of properties in Thailand. MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited serves as the Fund’s manager and Fund registrar. Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited serves as the trustee for the Fund’s assets.
