Helen of Troy Limited Appoints Tessa Judge to Serve as Chief Legal Officer and as an Executive Officer

Effective March 1, 2022, the Board of Directors of Helen of Troy Limited appointed Tessa Judge to serve as Chief Legal Officer and as an executive officer of the Company. Ms. Judge joined the Company in March 2015 as Assistant General Counsel and was promoted to serve as General Counsel in January 2018.
