After just six months, Kion CFO Markus Wassenberg has already left the Frankfurt-based forklift truck manufacturer.

Wassenberg, who only joined from Heidelberger Druck at the beginning of the year, has terminated his contract with immediate effect "following differences of opinion on management issues", Kion announced on Thursday. His successor will be Christian Harm. The 55-year-old comes from within the company and has worked for Kion and its predecessor company Linde for more than 20 years. "Harm will work together with the entire Executive Board to increase the Group's profitability and implement the 'Kion 2027' strategy," the press release stated.
