Harley-Davidson, Inc. announced that On March 13, 2021, Brian Niccol, a member of the Board of Directors the company notified Allan Golston, Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, that he did not desire to stand for re-election as a member of the Board upon the expiration of his term as a director at the conclusion of the company's upcoming annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. Niccol's decision was not the result of any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices. The company will disclose in its proxy statement for the upcoming annual meeting its proposed slate of director candidates for consideration at that meeting, which will include a nominee to replace Mr. Niccol.
