On June 5, 2023, LiveWire Group, Inc. ("LiveWire") issued a press release
announcing that LiveWire's Chief Executive Officer, Jochen Zeitz, will be
succeeded in his role as LiveWire's CEO by Karim Donnez, with the changeover
occurring on June 12, 2023. Mr. Zeitz will remain LiveWire's non-executive
Chairman, and Chairman, President, and CEO of Harley-Davidson, Inc. A copy of

by reference.
