Born in 2005 as a giving back initiative with the aim of helping young people to start their business in the digital field, we were the first to adopt a model that combined investments, business consulting and digitally-driven educational programs in one place. Today we support the creation of new business models and the transformation and education of young people and companies in a digital perspective.
We are a human-centered ecosystem based on a 3-pillar business model that combined together benefit from synergies and interconnections for value creation.
Our campus is an international hub where students and professionals are guided in a digital transformation process and become the informed leaders of today's changes. H-FARM Innovation is an INNOVATION PARTNER working with LVMH to support one of the Maisons Dior Perfumes in defining strategic customer journey transformation activities. Dior, a leading Beauty & Luxury brand asked us to analyze the current customer journey in France and conduct a market analysis in order to identify consumers' new needs and business opportunities, expand its offering and services, and strengthen its Direct-To-Consumerstrategy.
To meet this need, we used our "Customer Journey Mapping & Envisioning" methodology, combining qualitative and quantitative research techniques and mapping insights and pain points within the customer journey. In this way, the customer was able to focus on the most relevant business opportunities, designing new solutions to test on the market.
H-FARMInnovation is an INNOVATION PARTNER working together with Ageas in Open Innovation initiatives.
Grupo Ageas Portugal is an insurance company that wants to invest more in the development of innovative projects in collaboration with startups, aiming to help its business units in facing new challenges to have a positive impact on the company. The Innovation team asked our help to identify a structured method for the search and selection of startups and to run a first test to validate the collaboration (Proof of Concept).
With our support, the customer selected 5 startups and completed the PoC with them within a year. Ageas then continued the collaboration with some of these startups.
