On February 11 a pre-dealing document was signed between Protección S.A. and this Company for the implementation of a share purchase transaction whereby within 30 calendar days Grupo Argos will attend the acquisition of 19,436,765 ordinary shares of Celsia S.A. E.S.P. The parties have agreed an amendment to that document regarding the amount of the share price.
This amendment has been filed in the Superintendencia Financiera and in the Bolsa de
Valores by the Stock Exchange Broker Valores Bancolombia.
