Connections Green Rise Foods Inc.

Green Rise Foods Inc. is a grower of fresh produce using controlled environmental agriculture technologies. The Company uses its wholly owned 89 acres of controlled-environment agriculture greenhouses to produce fresh produce under the SUNSET brand for Mastronardi Produce Ltd., its distribution partner. Its 89 acres of greenhouse ranges, includes 51 acres of ranges (Green Rise 1) located in Leamington, Ontario, and 22 acres and 16 acres of ranges (Green Rise 2 and Green Rise 3) located in Kingsville, Ontario. The total growing capacity of the Company’s ranges, factoring in walkways and machinery and equipment, is 86.5 acres. The Company also leases 15 acres of its GR1 greenhouse to one customer, who is growing organic peppers. Its products include One Sweet Peppers, MiMi Gourmet Tomatoes, Zima, XL Beef, Wild Wonders, Honey Bombs, and Mini Kumato.
