Mr. Birmingham brings over 33 years of experience as an entrepreneurial executive and consulting professional. He offers hands-on experience in both domestic and international private and public company start-ups. Since April 1999, he has successfully operated his own consulting business and has been involved with many companies as a founder/principal, senior officer, director, and financier.

He has served as a director for several publicly listed companies on the TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Stock Exchange. Jason is currently the Interim CEO & President of Abound Energy Inc., a long-duration energy storage technology company.
