Communiqué from a meeting of the Supervisory Board
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
on 23 January 2013
The Exchange Supervisory Board held a meeting on 23 January 2013.
In connection with his appointment as President of the Management Board, Mr Adam Maciejewski presented the Exchange Supervisory Board with detailed information on his engagement in extra-professional activities including in particular information on shares and participations held in entities which pursue business activities as well as engagement in social initiatives.
