Garofalo Health Care continues purchases of its own ordinary shares

(Alliance News) - Garofalo Health Care Spa announced Monday that it purchased 20,000 of its own ordinary shares between Oct. 9 and 13.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR4.6644, for a total consideration of EUR93,288.16.

To date, the company holds 1.6 million of its own ordinary shares, representing 1.8 percent of its share capital.

Garofalo Health Care's stock closed Monday down 0.9 percent at EUR4.63 per share.
