GAROFALO HEALTH CARE S.P.A.: SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CALL NOTICE AND ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION FOR ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 28, 2023 MADE AVAILABLE

Rome, March 29, 2023 - Garofalo Health Care S.p.A. ("GHC"), listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Borsa Italiana, announces that the Shareholders' Meeting has been scheduled for April 28, 2023, at the time of 15PM, in single call, at the registered office of the Company in Rome, Piazzale delle Belle Arti No. 6, according to the manner indicated in the Call Notice published today.

The Call Notice and the Illustrative Reports of the Board of Directors on the matters on the agenda, with the related resolution proposals, have been made available at the registered office, on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE (www.emarketstorage.com) and on the Company website (www.garofalohealthcare.com, Governance/Shareholders' Meeting section).

Information on the amount of the share capital, the proxy/sub-proxy form pursuant to article 135-novies of the Legislative Decree of 24 February 1998, n. 58 ("TUF") and the proxy form and voting instructions to the Designated Representative pursuant to article 135-undecies of the TUF were made available to the public today at the registered office and on the Company's websitewww.garofalohealthcare.com, section Governance/Shareholders' Meeting.

The additional documentation regarding the Shareholders' Meeting will be made available to the public in accordance with law.

The extract of the call notice of the Shareholders' Meeting was also published on March 29, 2023 in the IlSole24Ore daily newspaper.
