Rome, January 28, 2020- Garofalo Health Care S.p.A. ("GHC"), listed on the MTA segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, has approved its corporate events calendar for the financial year to December 31, 2020.

The disclosure relating to the above corporate events shall be made available to the public in the form of press releases on the Company's website and using the "eMarket SDIR" information system and the "eMarket STORAGE" storage mechanism available at www.emarketstorage.com, managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A., according to the timeframe indicated in the corporate events calendar mentioned above.

With regards to the additional periodic financial disclosure indicated above and in accordance with Article 82-ter of the Regulation approved with Consob motion No. 11971 of May 14, 1999, as subsequently supplemented and amended, this information shall include, for each period, the following consolidated operating-financial data: Revenues, Operating EBITDA(1), Net Financial Position.

Unless otherwise announced, such additional periodic information will be communicated by the Company by May and November of each year.

Any changes to the above dates will be communicated in a timely manner to the market.
