Ramanaidu Daggubati and Future Consumer Limited (BSE:533400) entered into an agreement to acquire a 18.58% stake in Amar Chitra Katha Pvt. Ltd. for approximately INR 140 million on May 5, 2022. Under the terms, 3,61,290 shares will be acquired Upon completion of the transaction, Amar Chitraas stated shall cease to be a subsidiary of the Future Consumer Limited.
