Full Alliance Group, Inc. (OTCPK:FAGI) acquired Bio Lab Naturals, Inc. for approximately $1 million on January 22, 2023. The purchase price includes Twenty-five million (25,000,000) Class C Preferred Shares and Thirty-four million one hundred and thirty-six thousand nine hundred and ten (34,136,910) Class D Preferred shares. The combined entity will continue to trade publicly under the FAGI ticker symbol and Bio Lab Naturals, Inc.'s headquarters in Tampa will become the headquarters of FAGI.
