Fujian Torch Electron Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603678) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 50 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of CNY 55 per share. The repurchased shares will be used for ESOP. The program is valid for 12 months.
On May 9, 2023, the company announced that it has adjusted its repurchase price from CNY 55 per share to CNY 54.65 per share.
