ZongTai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 22.67 million compared to TWD 33.18 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 38.75 million compared to TWD 27.15 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.18 compared to TWD 0.13 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.18 compared to TWD 0.13 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 3,615.88 million compared to TWD 1,641.11 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 683.21 million compared to TWD 214.59 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.24 compared to TWD 1.03 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.22 compared to TWD 1.02 a year ago.
