Flotek Industries, Inc. announced that David Nierenberg is stepping down from his position as a member of the Company's Board of Directors and as a member of the Board?s Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee and Risk & Sustainability Committee, effective immediately. Mr. Nierenberg?s decision to resign from the Board was not the result of any disagreement relating to the Company?s operations, policies or practices.
