Firstsource Solutions Limited announced at the board meeting held on August 2, 2023, approved appointment of Mr. Aftab Javed as Chief Human Resource Officer (Senior Management Personnel). Mr. Aftab Javed had previously
worked in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where he held several leadership positions across Talent Management, HR Strategy and Organizational Development. An alumni of XISS, Ranchi, he has been driving employee engagement and implementing innovative HR initiatives for over 25 years with prior stints in Citi BPO and Tata Motors Ltd. Mr. Aftab Javed expertise spans across many geographies, industries, and services including BPO, retail, banking, manufacturing, and IT Services.
