FINDEX Inc. announced year-end dividend of JPY 6.50 per share for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022 against JPY 6.00 per share paid for the same period a year ago. Scheduled date of starting payment of dividend is March 29, 2023.
The company provided dividend guidance for the second quarter and full year of fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. For the second quarter, the company expects to pay dividend of JPY 4.00 per share against JPY 3.00 per share paid for the same period a year ago.
For the year, the company expects to pay year-end dividend of JPY 7.00 per share against JPY 6.50 per share for the same period a year ago.
