Fibra Danhos announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020. For the fourth quarter, the company announced operating income was MXN 779.450 million compared to MXN 1,034.349 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 695.707 million compared to MXN 1,659.783 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was MXN 0.4415 compared to MXN 1.06 a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.464 compared to MXN 1.16 a year ago. For the full year, operating income was MXN 2,966.818 million compared to MXN 3,946.759 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 2,644.138 million compared to MXN 4,091.269 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was MXN 1.6979 compared to MXN 2.62 a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 1.7844 compared to MXN 2.87 a year ago.
Concentradora Fibra Danhos SA de CV is a Mexico-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company's main activity consists of the development, leasing, operation and management of shopping centers, offices, and mixed-use properties in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City. The Company operates primarily in the development of mixed used properties and office campuses. Additionally, the Company adopts technological solutions in their design and operation, including safety systems, optical fibers, Park Help, Federal APD, Traffic Pro, SAP operational monitoring software and services, among others. The Company is divided in four divisions: Commercial, Offices, Mixed Use and Residential Division. In May 2014, the Company acquired two properties located on Anillo Periferico, in southeast of Mexico City in vicinity of Iztapalapa, on border of Xochimilco.
