Groupe Gorgé is launching an ADR program in the United States

In December 2013, keen interest from U.S. investors led to the spontaneous creation of a market in Groupe Gorgé securities in dollars in the form of foreign shares on the U.S. OTC market (over-the-counter). The high volumes of trading observed and demands from new foreign investors prompted the Group to consider the launch of an official sponsored Level 1 ADR (American Depositary Receipt) program with The Bank of New York Mellon. Groupe Gorgé ADRs are securities negotiable in US dollars representing ordinary shares in Groupe Gorgé at a ratio of 1 for 1. Groupe Gorgé ADRs will be negotiated on the American OTC market effective as from the 17th of January

2014 under the ticker symbol GGRGY. As part of the establishment of this program, Groupe Gorgé has undertaken to publish its financial information in English going forward.
