Statoil ASA (OB:STL) agreed to acquire additional 25% interest in Byrding project on the Norwegian Continental Shelf on October 31, 2016. The transaction is subject to customary conditions, including authority approval. Statoil ASA (OB:STL) completed the acquisition of additional 25% interest in Byrding project on the Norwegian Continental Shelf on January 3, 2017.
