Highlights: o The third quarter fleet utilization was 73%. The total firm contract backlog (excluding options) was approximatelyUSD 110 million as ofSeptember 30, 2022 . o New Contracts o The previously announced charter inAustralia for Floatel Triumph with Woodside was signed in the quarter. o VårEnergi ("VE") awarded Floatel Superior a 3-month contract inNorway with options thereafter. VE also has the right to utilise Floatel Superior inNorway for 4-10 months in 2024. o Floatel Endurance and Floatel Superior on charter forEquinor at the Johan Sverdrup and Grane fields inNorway during the entire quarter and were extended toDecember 31, 2022 , andMarch 31, 2023 , respectively. o Floatel Triumph ended operations forInpex inAustralia during the quarter and is currently on standby in Kemaman,Malaysia awaiting 2023 charters inAustralia including the suspended Shell Prelude contract. o Floatel Victory continued its charter forEquinor inBrazil to provide Maintenance and Safety Unit (MSU) services.
