Eni will supply crude oil from Kazakhstan's Kashagan field to Germany via the Druzhba pipeline in June.

Kazakhstan's national operator KazTransOil announced this in an e-mail to Reuters.

Supplying the oil will be Agip Caspian Sea B.V., a subsidiary of Eni, KazTransOil said without specifying the volume of the supply.

Last month, Japan's Inpex supplied crude oil from its share in the Kashagan field to Germany for the first time.
