The board of directors of Energy International Investments Holdings Limited informed the shareholders of the company and potential investors that the company and its subsidiaries is expected to record a significant increase in loss for the year ended December 31, 2014 by approximately HKD 350 million as compared to the last corresponding year. The increased loss of the Group is mainly due to the decreases both in revenue and gross profit margin; the increase in the impairment loss of intangible assets; and the increase in the impairment loss of property, plant and equipment.
