Capital Group reduces its stake in Emmi AG

Lucerne, 27. January 2016 - The Capital Group Companies, Inc. reduces its shareholdings in Emmi AG from 5.0766 % to 4.9254 %.

The Capital Group Companies, Inc., 333 South Hope Street, Los Angeles, USA reduces its stake in registered shares of Emmi AG from 5.0766 % to 4.9254 % of the share capital of Emmi AG and now holds 263,500 registered shares. This is below the 5 % disclosure threshold. The share capital of Emmi AG amounts to CHF 53'498'100 in registered shares at a nominal value of CHF 10.00.

This disclosure is being made in accordance with Article 21 of the Swiss Stock Exchange Act.
