BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on June 14 it had fallen below the thresholds of 5% of Edenred's capital and voting rights, as a result of a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.

The American asset management giant said it held 12,402,136 Edenred shares on behalf of the said clients and funds, representing 4.97% of the capital and 4.91% of the voting rights of this payment solutions group.
