From November 12, 2018 to December 31, 2018, the company has repurchased 233,939 shares, representing 1.78% for KRW 996.22 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 233,939 shares, representing 1.78% for KRW 996.22 million under the buyback announced on November 12, 2018.
Dongyang Piston Co.,Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of engine pistons for internal combustion engines. The engine piston is a part that transmits power to the crankshaft through the connecting rod at high-temperature and high-pressure combustion energy generated by ignition of the mixer (air and fuel) in the engine cylinder. It provides engine pistons for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, industrial vehicles, military vehicles, marines, motorcycles and agricultural machineries.
