DIO Corporation (KOSDAQ:A039840) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase KRW 10,000 million under the contract with Hana Financial Investment, Daishin Securities Co., Ltd. and NH Investment & Securities (NH INVESTMENT & SECURITIES CO., LTD.). The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder's value by stock price stabilization. The program will be valid until July 26, 2021. As of January 24, 2021, the company had 708,210 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
DIO Corporation is a Korea-based company engaged in the provision of dental implant systems and parking systems. The Company operates its business under two divisions: medical equipment division and parking system division. Its medical equipment division provides dental implant systems, surface treatment products, surgical instruments, toothpastes, including whitening foam toothpastes, children foam toothpastes, foam cleansers and others, as well as digital imaging systems, dental lasers, dental equipment, implant devices, dental materials and others. Its parking system division provides parking systems and steel structures for buildings. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
