CORRECTION OF CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR -YEAR 2022

Rome, June 15, 2022

Digital Value S.p.A. (AIM Ticker: DGV) announces that, as a partial adjustment to what was previously announced, the Board of Directors' meeting to approve Digital Value S.p.A.'s half- year financial report as of June 30, 2022 will be held on September 7, 2022.

The preliminary consolidated revenue figure as of June 30, 2022 will be announced on August 3.

The following is the schedule regarding the corporate events planned for 2022.

MARCH 30th 2022	Board of Directors
	for the approval of the Financial Statements of Digital Value
	S.p.A. as at 31 December 2021.
MARCH 31st / April 1st 2022	Presentation of 2021 budget accounting data to financial
	analysts.
APRIL 29th / MAY 2nd 2022	Shareholders' Meeting
	for the approval of the Financial Statements of Digital Value
	S.p.A. as at 31 December 2021, scheduled for 29 April 2022 and
	2 May 2022, on first and second call respectively.
AUGUST 3rd 2022	First-half turnover disclosure
AUGUST 4th 2022	Turnover data presentation to financial analysts.
SEPTEMBER 7th 2022	Board of Directors.
	For approval of the half-yearly report of Digital Value S.p.A. as of
	June 30, 2022
SEPTEMBER 8th-9th 2022	Presentation of half-yearly accounting data 2022 to financial
	analysts.
